Rinse 1 cup of Zibari White Quinoa and transfer to a heavy-bottomed pot. Add 2 cups water and a pinch of salt, then bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until liquid is absorbed-about 15 minutes. You’ll know it’s done when each quinoa’s white germ begins to separate. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Uncover, and fluff with a fork.
