The Fur-Ever Home Foundation

Helping Save Pets & Find Them Homes

Beall & Thies awarding check to LSU Vet School

Here at Beall & Thies, we love pets. In fact, if you drop by the office, you might get to meet up to three of our beloved dogs. An unfortunate reality though, is that not every pet is so fortunate. That’s why we began The Fur-Ever Home Foundation, to take in homeless pets and hopefully match them with owners who will love and care for them.

Whether it’s the cat that’s been wandering the street, the dog that ran off, or the animal that has escaped from an abusive owner, all of these pets have one thing in common—they need a safe and secure home. That begins at The Fur-Ever Home Foundation, but it doesn’t stop there. We can care for the pets, nurture them, provide them with any needed medical treatment, but the ultimate solution is a permanent home.

Beall & Thies awarding check to K9 Rouge Rescue

That’s where we rely on our beloved home city of Baton Rouge. We know our home city is filled with people who want pets of their own, but may wonder where to turn. The Fur-Ever Home Foundation is the place to locate homeless pets that are now being properly cared for and made ready to go into a permanent situation.

Shelters for homeless animals are just a temporary solution and there’s no shortage of challenges. We want to make sure the animals we take are getting both the attention and the medical care that they lacked before.

Like any shelter, we rely on our community for help. Whether it’s through volunteer work, a 501©(3) deductive contribution, or making a pet your own, be assured that every little bit helps. The Fur-Ever Foundation is the first step to giving our pets the care they deserve.
